Cages, Becoming the Caged

I watched, perplexed.

Alyssa's jaws fell open. "Matthew!" She hissed.

Matthew looked at her. His eyes were wide.

"He just took on a huge wolf with a homemade knife! And he won!"

"Da-yum."

"What?"

"Damn."

"Oh." She blushed in the dark.

Matthew smiled at her through the dark.

Jonathan rested in his tent, and slept once again.
"That was weird..."

"Yeah..."

"I wonder how Liz is doing..."

I was curled up sleeping.

Akyssa sighed and closed her eyes, trying to get some sleep.

[next morn?]

('Kay. You start please.)

[alright] I was out of my tent, stomach growling. I hadn't eaten in some time.

Jonathan returned with a fox and the slaughtered wolf from last night.
Alyssa yawned and woke up. She walked out of her tent lazily. Her eyes widened at the animals.

I looked up and felt my mouth water.

She looked up at Jonathan. Alyssa was beginning to think he wasn't even Jonathan anymore.

I waited for him to cook it, so I could eat. I flinched as I felt a kick in my stomach from the baby, and that only made hunger worse.

Alyssa noticed. She gave a quarter of her food to Liz.

I basically inhaled it, I was so hungry.

"Are you okay?"

"No," I sighed, and looked down at my growing stomach. "This baby is making me really hungry and in pain." I sighed.
