The Healing Cat

She lay down and fell asleep.

After a while, Tobias roused from his sleep.

She continued sleeping.

Tobias went over to Seralee.

She rolled over.

Tobias settled down beside her.

She batted a paw into the air.

Tobias smiled, lying his head down and falling asleep.

She batted another paw, and began to speak. "Get away." She mumbled. "Stop it."

Tobias flicked his ears, and opened one eye.

The words began to get more urgent, the pawing harder. "Go away!" She yowled. "Stop!" She shrieked.

Tobias nudged Seralee. "Seralee, what's wrong?"

Still asleep, her claws scraped him.

Tobias jumped back, then nudged her again.

She yowled.

"Seralee, wake up!" Tobias meowed.

She screamed, and a crimson line of blood appeared in a cut that wasn't there a few seconds ago.

Tobias looked at it, then murmured something in greek that meant "Heal." a green light surrounded the cut and shrank it down to where it was no more than a faint line.

More cuts appeared, and gashes.

Tobias began to heal them, one by one.

Her eye began to bleed, and blood gushed from her mouth.

Tobias healed her eye, and then tried to find out what was causing the bloodspill.

Her shrieking stopped.

Tobias looked down at her, unsure what to do now.

Her eyes flashed open. "They're coming." She rasped, and then fell.
